The AMA’s are always interesting, because a lot of people take risks with their ensembles. This year I had a lot that I did not like or that I wasn’t sure about. Here are my opinions below, but let me know what yours are! I’d love her hear what everyone else thought!
Stacy Keibler in Collette Dinnigan. I think this dress is fabulous on her! It’s a tiny bit too short, but she looks great!
Jenny McCarthy looks so good. I swear she just gets in better shape. I love the style of this dress and the sequins!
Ginnifer Goodwin in Oscar de la Renta. I think she looks really cute in this dress. Her makeup is gorgeous.
Hillary Scott in a simple black dress. It flatters her figure nicely.
Heidi Klum in Alexandre Vauthier Couture. I really like this and it fits her so well, but I don’t love the poufyish sleeves, so I didn’t put her on my best dressed ;p. But she’s beautiful as always!
Kelly Rowland in Naeem Kham. I think this dress is interesting, but it’s not my favorite. I love when she wears bright colors. It’s a pretty print though, and a great shape on her.
Lucy Hale looks pretty, but the dress is a little boring. I wish the top was a tiny bit higher so that the skirt could be a little shorter and overall I think it would have been better. Or she should have had a huge statement necklace. The length of the necklace and the line of the dress just doesn’t fit.
Gwen Stefani in Balmain. This was definitely an interesting look, but for some reason I don’t hate it. I think it’s because it’s Gwen and it totally fits her style. Love the red lips!
Colbie Caillat…this dress is ok. Nothing too special for me, but I don’t hate it.
Hayden Panettierre in Giorgio Armani. This makes me sad, because she usually looks so much cuter! She kinda has roots and I don’t really like the length, but it’s ok. Thoughts on this one?
Carly Rae Jepsen in Gomez-Gracia. I can’t say this is a worst, but I don’t like the color. It looks to little girly for me.
Kerry Washington in Stella McCartney. I think she looks fabulous in yellow…however, I’m not loving this dress for this event. I wish she went a little more edgy. It’s not BAD, but it’s not good.
WORST DRESSED
Ke$ha…I hate this. Yes…it’s not her worst, but the shape of the shoulders make her look so wide, I dont like the shoes with the dress, I just don’t like the dress in general. Plus her hair is a really weird color of blonde and she looks kinda orange.
Nicki Minaj in Monique Lhuillier. This is the case of a fabulous dress gone wrong. Julie Bowen wore this dress earlier this year and I put her on my best dressed; it was so amazing…I HATE it here. It clashes with her hair, it makes her look huge, and it looks like an ugly prom dress. Not ok. Don’t try to outdo what was already perfect.
Christina Aguilera in Pamella Roland. I actually kind of like her hair and makeup, but then it all goes downhill. It looks to small for her and does not flatter her figure. Also I don’t like the print or how orange she looks.
Jordan Sparks in Etro. Normally I love Etro, but I do not love this. I don’t know if it’s the color or the pattern. It’s just a no go for me. It’s the dress, not Jordan! Sorry girl!
Brandy in Ekaterina Kukhareva…I hate this. I don’t like the shape. The color does nothing for her…and it’s not really even very fun. So I have no idea why she chose this out of everything she could have. Plus the boots are weird.
Pink…mostly because of the dumb face she is making I think, but I don’t like this dress. Also because the color is not brown or copper, it’s just kinda this muddy in between color. It’s not a great fit. It just makes her looks straight up and down. Not a fan.
Cyndi Lauper wearing who knows what…I don’t even know what to say about this. How old is she? Why is she trying to wear this? Who would even wear this in general? Ugh.
BEST DRESSED
Jennifer Morrison in Abed Mahfouz. She looks gorgeous! I love the sleeves and the details on the neck.
Taylor Swift in Zuhair Murad. I love that she wore a short dress and put her hair up. It’s a little different than usual for her. I just think she looks really classy and age appropriate. Sometimes shes dresses a little bit too old, but I love this!
Carrie Underwood in Abed Mahfouz. I love this. I love the color, the deal, the shape. She looks amazing. 
Elisha Cuthbert in Georges Chakra. I think she looks amazing. I love this dress and the way it fits. Beautiful! I like that she pulled her hair back and made that really simple so you could focus on the dress.
